Office Fees & Policy

Fees and Payment

Our endodontic treatment fees are based on the complexity and extent of your treatment. During your consultation, we'll discuss the expected number of visits, their duration, and the exact fees involved. To maintain our high standard of care, we require payment at the time of treatment. While most procedures are completed in a single visit, some may require multiple appointments to ensure the best long-term outcome for your tooth.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit, cash, or cheques for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ask that you value ours as well. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee. To reschedule, please call our office directly; we do not accept cancellations via email.

Insurance

We understand that dental insurance can be complex. As a patient-first practice, we're committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. However, please note that we are a non-assignment office, meaning you're responsible for the full cost of treatment at the time of service.

We encourage you to familiarize yourself with your specific dental plan, as coverage varies widely between providers and employers. Remember, you're ultimately responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of your insurance coverage.

Consultation and Predetermination

At your consultation, we'll provide a predetermination outlining the costs of your proposed treatment. We'll either submit this electronically or give you a standard form to forward to your insurance company.

We're here to provide you with exceptional endodontic care and to make your experience as smooth as possible. If you have any questions about our policies or financing options, please don't hesitate to ask before your treatment begins.
